This program is provided by experienced professionals and is designed to get loved ones to the treatment they need to achieve long-term recovery.
The AAC Intervention Process
AAC Intervention begins with a call to the interventionist, who then conducts an initial consultation/assessment to better understand the situation of those affected.
Once the necessary information is collected and the details processed, the interventionist:
- Walks the family through the following anticipated steps.
- Is typically dispatched to the family within just 24 hours.
- Conducts an initial meeting with the family to prepare for the intervention.
- Meets with both the family and the individual struggling with substance use disorder to build trust and overcome objections to treatment.
- Partners with the patient to begin the journey of recovery.
